SSARCC streamlines the process for college program staff to submit proposed budgets and final expenditures for programs such as EOPS/CARE,
CalWORKs, DSPS, and Financial Aid. SSARCC provides the Chancellor's Office with efficient electronic access to statewide budget data
and helps colleges demonstrate appropriate use of state-provided funds.
